WARNING! MusicSpeak ® is once again the victim of cybersquatting (re: musicspeak.com):

A note about MUSICSPEAK.COM and "cybersquatting" which is, for example: the act of using a registered trademark (in this case; Musicspeak®) in bad faith, particularly to cause confusion with potential customers of the established brand. This is what is happening with musicspeak.com domain name -even though 'Musicspeak' is an established brand name and long standing registered trademark. Making the domain address appear as an extension of The Official Online Home of MUSIC SPEAK ® (musicspeak.net) is causing a redirection of our resources and Internet traffic to profit from the MUSICSPEAK, INC. owned registered trademark. By trying to derail Musicspeak customers and supporters into clicking on the links by using our brand name adds profitable hits (and dangerous for the user) to the Michael Christopher / WebAir.com (currently holding over 40,000 doman names) registered web address. In addition to cybersquatting, trademark infringement elevates this case to a more serious legal matter. This is been extremely damaging to the established MUSICSPEAK brand, especially at the time of several album releases in worldwide territories and highly focused around MusicSpeak MP3 music downloads. Information and documents for this case have been gathered in the years since the original cybersquatting case against Whiting Music of Nashville, TN was decided by The National Arbitration Forum in 2006. The result of that case (in which the musicspeak.com domain name was initially a part of, before the domain name was transfered by Jamey Whiting as a last ditch effort to keep the domain away from us) was so strongly in our favor that the judge awarded an unusual "immediate transfer "of the domain names. This update notice is DIRECT CONFIRMATION from the trademark owner of MusicSpeak that THE CURRENT 'MUSICSPEAK.COM' HAS NO AFFILIATION OR CONNECTION WITH MUSICSPEAK®.

MusicSpeak Education Program book series has been an ongoing (and growing) work in progress since the early '90's. This is exclusive Musicspeak curriculum, and unlike other education programs. The book series are either in final edit mode and/or under evaluation to be officially accredited.

Five Seconds Expired have released the latest album, an E.P. titled "D E S T R O Y E R". Gary Williams (from MusicSpeak) plays drums with Five Seconds Expired. This was the follow-up to the 2004 self-titled release, which I consider one of my best recorded drum performances so far.
**An unreleased Musicspeak Productions remix of "Same Story" (different from the album version) is available for those 5 Seconds Expired fans wanting a bonus track**

Minimus is on hiatis for now, but was recently supporting the self-titled 3 song E.P.! Hopefully Minimus will continue at some point to record the epic album that we spent so many years writing. Gary Williams (from MusicSpeak) plays drums with Minimus.

Code Black "Penetration" was released on Arctic Records in the USA, and Europe (distributed by Caroline). This was a one-time quickie session job for Gary Williams and Shaun Varney (both from Five Seconds Expired, Minimus, and Slush) and are no longer working with this metal group.
